Chairperson Mark Stokes is proud to announce Patty Pomper and Nancy Guggemos have recently been elected as board members to the Rio Vista Foundation.
Nancy is a long-time resident of Rio Vista and has been involved throughout our educational community. She brings her background of working with the youth to our board. She is currently employed with the River Delta School District. Nancy and her husband have 3 children and she enjoys many crafts and hobbies in her leisure time.
Patty brings her expertise as a retired attorney, she was the managing partner with the Law Offices of Pomper & Dettenhaim. She has served on several nonprofit boards and local committees, many dedicated to helping the youth. Patty and her wife have lived in Rio Vista for several years. Our board is fortunate to have her, and Nancy join us.
The mission of the Rio Vista Foundation is dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for both current and future generations in the Rio Vista area by managing resources and guidance. The Foundation exists to provide a flexible tax-exempt vehicle for donors of varied charitable interests.
